Themed Thursday - Be My Valentine Its all about hearts

Aww isn't that sweet :) Well I think it is, he he he.

This was a cute embroidered patch I created for a sweet couple.

Keeping that child-like love romance alive is such an important thing. Reminding your soul mate that you love him/her just as you did when you first met is essential. That's why things with hearts on them are so fun and meaningful. Hearts convey the meaning of Love without saying a word.

Todays theme is Hearts... Hearts for this and Hearts for that!

Whether your getting married and want hearts to be incorporated in your wedding theme, or you've been together for years, you can do something special for the Love of your life.

A pretty embroidered pillow can be an accent to your bedroom and even have scent beads added to it if you like. For those getting married the Ring pillow can be created special and then saved to be used in your home as a keepsake memory of your special day!

As you may be aware, Mongrams are another special embellishing design that can add to the personal meaning of any custom made pillow.

You can have any design you like - but for today I've chose this Triple Hearts design to show off. Hearts with the letters that represent your first names and one that represents your Family sir name. Since everything I create is custom made to order, the fonts and colors can be changed to be what ever you like.

Take for instance the triple heart pillow, up there to the right. It actually is a mothers pillow which has the three hearts that represent her three children... (Two girls and one boy you may have guessed.) It was a gift for her on mothers day. 

Ring Pillows don't have to be the traditional colors like white or ivory... they can be any color you desire. Ths lovely Hand-Crafted Creation to the left is black satin with Golden yellow names and Red heart motiff. Your pillow can be custom made with what ever colors you want!

How about the romantic keepsake heirloom dress tags? They can be created to incorporate hearts in the design or even be encircled in a heart design. The dress tag is a beautiful way to make your dress truly yours. All my Hand-Crafted Creation tags are designed to be able to be stuffed with some scented beads or potpourii as well. This way if you would like to use your wedding gown tag as a sachet after your big day it can become something even more special to be used for years to come.

And speaking of scented sachets - I even create large Heirloom sachet pillows. They are beautiful to be used on your wedding day as the ring pillow and than can be saved to be used in your home as bed or bath decor and memorabilia of your wedding day.

Little embroidered sachets can make an adorable and sweet smelling gift too.  Check out the cute one I created for my girlfriend and her hubby. 

My Valentine Heart theme wouldn't be complete without showcasing at least a few of my special custom made heart garters. Some of them have actual heart fabric and lace while others are Valentine colored with heart charms.   Both design ways are great!

I have ao many heart themed charms here's just a few of them.  You can check out more at the site if you like. 

Also there's so many options for pretty red and white Valentine themed garters.  Stylish satin garter with a small "love" heart charm hangning could be perfect.   of there's the whole sheer ruffle thing.  Some gals don't like lace too much so the satin or sheer ruffles may be just what they like.   And then there's the lacy designs that make certain ladies excited to decorate their legs with such daintiness.  

What ever garter is choose for that speical Wedding, Honeymoon or Valentines day out fit... it's sure to put a HUGE smile on your husbands face!  

Oh - and I can't forget the Crystals!!  

I just love Swarovski Crystals.  They are so pretty and just make me happy to gaze at them.  Like jewels they sparkle and shine and bring a happy glow to my heart. 

The Crystal hearts come in every color of the rainbow and then some!!
