The inspiration behind the garter... Tropical setting, pink, silver, fuchsia and vibrant purples. Terri is a contemporary lady so she wanted something with just satin, and sheer ruffles but no lace at all. Some glamour was added when I sewed 3 dozen Swarovski crystals. Diamond white was the main color but there were a few Fuchsia pink crystals sprinkled among the whites. 
The Garters Have a metallic lower ruffle and bow with a Metallic monogram embroidered onto the front and a special Swarovski Crystal embellishment hanging below.
